Dr. Rocken graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She then graduated from Illinois College of Optometry with clinical honors. After graduation, she completed her residency training at Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs hospital in contact lenses, low vision and ocular disease.
During her education, she completed a LASIK and refractive surgery internship at Insight Vision in Colorado, a primary eye care and ocular disease management internship at East Valley Eye Center in California and performed pediatric exams while at the Illinois Eye Institute. She currently is in the process of becoming a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
In her spare time she likes running, reading books and skiing when she’s back home in Colorado.
